Hi i’m MAKAYLA, and i’d love to be your photographer

I find my greatest inspiration in documenting people’s wedding days and how each person’s story unfolds. Blending both digital and film, I’m drawn to creating thoughtful, natural imagery that reflects genuine connection, especially within the Montana landscape.

I’m a Montana wedding and elopement photographer, and being based in Northwest Montana, I’m living a life I could’ve only dreamed of. I love to spend my days with friends and family fellowshipping over a hot coffee after spending our time outdoors. I have a golden retriever who is my shadow and tags along with me everywhere. I am so grateful to Jesus who has blessed me with this path He has placed me on!

While Montana is now home, my business began full time on the road: traveling around the US with my husband and golden retriever. After 2 years of full time travel, we decided to grow roots in Northwest Montana to be closer to family. My love for traveling has effortlessly joined my business as I still travel many times throughout the year to photograph weddings and elopements all around the US.
